History

Pursuant to Founders Decision according to the Memorandum of Association dated March 20, 1992 the Open Joint-Stock Company “Tojiksodirotbonk” was established. In accordance with Resolution of Supreme Council of Tajikistan on establishing of the Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 11, 1992 on the base of the Vneshekonombank USSR Branch the Incorporated Bank of Commerce of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan “Tajikvneshekonombank” was organized. According to Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 12, 1993 the Incorporated Bank of Commerce of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan has been altered as Public Incorporated Bank of Commerce of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan “Tajikvneshekonombank”. On June 16, 1999 at the National Bank of Tajikistan under registration number 6 the
Articles of Association of altered as Public Incorporated Bank of Commerce of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Tajikistan “Tajikvneshekonombank” was registered, further was reregistered at NBT in new edition dated April 4, 2000 and currently is replaced by the new one. Nowadays, the impeccable business reputation of the Bank, reliability, long working experience and obligation incurred perfect execution had provided Bank with the image of well-established monetary institution and responsible partner.
